LevelHead is a firearms enthusiast who is tired of being treated like a second class citizen by people who have no first-hand knowledge about guns. He is not a hillbilly, nor is he a redneck, or toothless, or dumb. He is disgusted with all of the major news sites (including both CNN and Fox News), all of the major TV news stations, both major political parties, and especially everyone who seems so angry about everything all the time.
He is not a right-winger since he thinks the government has no business meddling in abortion, religion, marriage, and so-on, and doesn’t care what other people do in the privacy of their own homes so long as they’re not hurting anyone else. He also saves turtles from the side of the road, practices tolerance, and has many gay friends.
He is not a left-winger because he likes guns, thinks that taxes are way out of control, refuses to give panhandlers money, and thinks that many social services (but not all) are terribly wasteful and not worth the money. He also thinks that PETA is evil, though he loves animals.
He is eternally frustrated with the constant exhibitions of arrogant ignorance that seem to govern everyone’s lives.
He thinks that most TV sucks, that gentlemen should be polite and treat women with respect, and he thinks that every girl should learn how to handle a gun because someday she just might have to fight for her life.
